Poeta importante no seu tempo, a\u00ednda hoxe presente nas antolox\u00edas, foi famoso polos seus <\/span><i>Ecos nacionales<\/i><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"> (1849 e 1854), por <\/span><i>Armon\u00edas y cantares<\/i><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"> (1865), pero tam\u00e9n pola s\u00e1tira <\/span><i>La Arcadia Moderna <\/i><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">\/1867) e polas <\/span><i>Eleg\u00edas <\/i><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">(1862). Foi tam\u00e9n dramaturgo (<\/span><i>Del agua mansa nos libre Dios, <\/i><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">1847) e novelista: <\/span><i>El beso de Judas <\/i><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">(1860) e <\/span><i>El mundo al rev\u00e9s <\/i><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">(1865). Outros libros seus de poes\u00eda son <\/span><i>Libro de las s\u00e1tiras <\/i><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">(1874 e 1884) e <\/span><i>Poes\u00edas <\/i><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">(1880).<!--more--><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"gl-ES\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p lang=\"gl-ES\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Amigo de Curros Enr\u00edquez en 1875 dedicoulle o poema \u201cLos Aires de mi Tierra\u201d (a obra <i>Aires da mi\u00f1a terra<\/i> do de Celanova sae do prelo en 1880), do que ofrezo dous fragmentos:<\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"gl-ES\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p lang=\"gl-ES\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">D\u00edas de sol deliciosos\/ noches de luna serenas,\/ auroras del seco est\u00edo,\/ tardes de la primavera,\/ traed hasta m\u00ed esos aires\/ que encantan con dulces quejas\/ los arbolillos del soto,\/ las fuentes de la ribera,\/ los picos de las monta\u00f1as,\/ las chozas de las aldeas;\/ los airecillos gallegos,\/ airecillos de mi tierra.<\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"gl-ES\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p lang=\"gl-ES\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">O poema alude tam\u00e9n ao drama da emigraci\u00f3n:<\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"gl-ES\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p lang=\"gl-ES\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Hijos de esta noble patria,\/ gallegos que all\u00e1, en Am\u00e9rica,\/ noche y d\u00eda tristemente\/ suspirando est\u00e1is por verla&#8230;<\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"gl-ES\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p lang=\"gl-ES\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">O poema xoga co recordo de \u201cAiri\u00f1os, aires\u201d de Rosal\u00eda, e foi publicado no ourens\u00e1n &lt;El Heraldo Gallego&gt; o un de xullo de 1875.<\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"gl-ES\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p lang=\"gl-ES\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Pero Ruiz Aguilera est\u00e1 na historia da nosa mellor literatura polo poema \u201cLa gaita gallega\u201d, que dedicou a Murgu\u00eda, e que provocou a r\u00e9plica en verso de Rosal\u00eda, que esta engadiu na segunda edici\u00f3n de <i>Cantares gallegos <\/i>(1872). Ruiz Aguilera co\u00f1ec\u00eda ben o libro rosaliano xa que o recensionara positivamente en &lt;El Museo Universal&gt; en 1864.
